Nicole Hargraves is currently the Associate Director of Emergency Medicine Practice Operations at the University of Maryland. Nicole has over 30 years of experience in healthcare management and specializes in operational efficiency and financial controls. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and an MBA in Healthcare Management.
Nicole joined Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc at the University at Albany, Epsilon Nu Chapter in the Spring of 1990 as an undergraduate. Nicole has held several positions in the organization as the Treasurer, Financial secretary and Membership Chair. Nicole is currently an active member of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc, Lambda Gamma Zeta Chapter of Howard County, Maryland. In addition to being the treasurer of the Legacy of Excellence Foundation, Nicole also services as the Data & Record Keeping Supervisor for the Montgomery Ministry for Economic Development, Inc.
Nicole is also an active member of Celebration Church where she has served the community through Helping Hands and is also involved in the singles and event planning ministry. She is the proud mother of one son who is an Eagle Scout. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys hiking, traveling and shopping.
